Lee Kennedy began his career as a heritage apprentice working on Grade 2 listed buildings. After five years he moved to Gibson Lee undertaking international shopfitting for companies such as Disney and Phillip Morris.
Five years later saw a move to building contractor Frudd Construction, later Rok plc. He progressed ‘through the ranks’ from Foreman to Contracts Manager and then Small Works Manager overseeing contracts up to £6 million. He eventually emerged as Small Works Leader heading up a team of seven such managers.
