About Us

Lee Kennedy began his career as a heritage apprentice working on Grade 2 listed buildings.  After five years he moved to Gibson Lee undertaking international shopfitting for companies such as Disney and Phillip Morris.

 

Five years later saw a move to building contractor Frudd Construction, later Rok plc. He progressed ‘through the ranks’ from Foreman to Contracts Manager and then Small Works Manager overseeing contracts up to £6 million. He eventually emerged as Small Works Leader heading up a team of seven such managers.

In 2010 he became a founding director of E.L Kennedy Ltd, a labour only, second fix, commercial & bespoke joinery contractor.

 

His experience is the catalyst to our approach. E.L Kennedy brings a full project management package to the industry underpinned by the knowledge and experience of craftsmen.

 

E.L Kennedy has successfully completed projects as diverse as The President’s Suite at The Oval cricket ground, through to joinery fit out’s nationally for David Lloyd Leisure.

 

We have a team of highly skilled and experienced joiners who have worked with us since the company was founded. We value loyalty, quality and a job well done!
